Ajimobi’s Eulogy

The Unspoken Message

Let’s every heart begins to beat in fear
Akanji has returned to where not only he belongs
To where every eyes shall see. Not soon nor long.
The illustrious son has paid his debt to nature
So will you, I and all in future
The formal governor has summoned the former governor.
Him alone, no vehicle, Bodyguards nor
A call up to where no intelligence reign, nor dexterity
It’s only that soul alone. Our dear constitution authority

Even if our life is to exceed a millennial
Clear like crystal, Mr Death is always a near.

A time when oxygen will be in abundance
Brain would think not. Heart shall cease to dance
Glory be to He, the most exalted.
