The Department of State Services (DSS) has captured Anthony Okolie, for utilizing a telephone line recently possessed by Hannan, one of the girls of President Muhammadu Buhari.
This was made known by Okolie’s legal advisor, Tope Akinyode who talked with The Guardian on Monday.
The legal counselor said Okolie, who was captured in July in Asaba, Delta state, went through around 15 weeks in authority before he was discharged in December.
Okolie, as per his legal counselor purchased the MTN SIM card after Buhari’s little girl relinquished it and it was reused by the media communications organization.
He stated, “The SIM card got excess and was reused to the market available to be purchased. ”
“Okolie legitimately purchased the sim card following quite a while of repetition obscure to him who the past proprietor was. To begin with, all the laws have settled that capture as a substitute is prohibited and unlawful in Nigeria.

The legal counselor said they are going to record a suit against Hannan and the DSS, including that “his confinement for 10 weeks is unlawful and we won’t acknowledge such.”
