The Ekiti State Police Command says it has captured a 25-year-elderly person, Solomon Omole, for purportedly taking an infant.
The examiner, Insp Bankole Olasunkanmi who unveiled this to newsmen on Monday said Omole was summoned in an Ado-Ekiti Chief Magistrates’ Court and was accused of taking.
Olasunkanmi told the court that the litigant others still everywhere dedicated the offense on Jan. 22 at about 2:00 p.m in Itaji-Ekiti.
He additionally affirmed that the litigant others still everywhere unlawfully took the kid, Baba Sunday.
As indicated by him, the offense negated Section 371 of the Criminal Code, Laws of Ekiti State, 2012.
